This brand with international presence in retail, designs its pieces, runs its own production facility and flagship store in a major European city; designing and selling a.o. superior (in various fabrics):

Company’s goal is to attract a hands-on investor to realize more international growth. 

Company distinguishes itself through: 

  • customized delivery to retailers practically 365 days per year / maximum of 8 weeks lead time

  • a product colour palette of 156 different colours

  • 3500 styles/designs up to date 

The lead designer is the brand owner

Though currently the lead designer is founder and owner of the company, it is imaginable that a lead investor will take a leading role, allowing the designer to focus solely on the creative and production process (including the purchase of fabrics). The investor would then focus on financials as well as marketing and sales. 

The majority of turnover is achieved through wholesale. And although there are still interesting opportunities in wholesale, the current markets also offer opportunities in own stores, franchised monobrand stores as well as a new online strategy.

Hands-on investor to provide 2M EUR

The current sole shareholder / owner has expressed her wish to attract a hands-on, haute couture / fashion driven investor. Part of the investment will be used as working capital, the other part to acquire a substantial  amount of shares in the holding company.
